Harvard Elementary offers Mainstream English and Spanish Dual Language Two-Way Immersion.  Click on the image below to enlarge.

The Mainstream English Program is designed for English speakers and English Learners (ELs) with reasonable fluency. 

English Learners receive Designated English Language Development instruction based on California ELD standards and Integrated ELD instruction in math and other subjects.

MELD or Mainstream English Language Development refers to instructional accommodations that support English speakers and Standard English Learners (SELs) with the development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Standard English and academic English.
